Chloe's Mind & Music Initiative is a 501(c)(3) non-profit in Austin, Texas. This policy covers the chloesmusic.org website and the Chloe's Mind & Music mobile app.
Who can use this app
The app is for people aged 13 and over. We ask you to confirm your age before you create an account, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, email info@chloesmusic.org and we will delete it.
Our programmes serve children under 13, but they do so offline and through their parents, schools and counsellors — not through this app.
What we collect
- What you give us. Your name, email, the concerts you add, the ratings and reviews you write, photos you upload, and who you follow.
- Preferences held on your device. Genres, search radius and similar settings are stored locally so the app remembers them between visits.
- How busy each page is.We count how many times each page was opened each day, and which site linked to it. These are running totals, not a record of visits: we do not store your IP address, a cookie, an advertising id, or anything that ties one page to the next or to you. We cannot tell what any one person read, and the counting stops entirely if your browser sends “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control.
- Nothing about your health.We do not ask for, and you should not send us, information about anyone's medical or mental health condition.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not post to your Spotify or Apple Music account.
- We do not use your data to target advertising.
Who else is involved
When you buy tickets you are handed to Ticketmaster, and when you donate you are handed to Stripe. Those companies take your payment details directly under their own privacy policies — we never see or store a card number.
Reporting and safety
You can report any post or review, and block anyone, from the app. Reports that suggest somebody may be at risk are reviewed first. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or call or text 988(Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, US).
Your choices
Ask us for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account and everything in it at info@chloesmusic.org. Texas residents and residents of states with comparable laws have these rights by statute; we extend them to everyone.
Your data
Everything this app currently knows about you is stored on this device — your genres, ratings, saved shows and timeline additions. There are no accounts yet, so nothing about you is held on a server.
Once accounts exist, ask us to export or delete everything held server-side at info@chloesmusic.org. We answer within 30 days.
